Do I own my domain name?

Yes. You own the domain.

We can help purchase and connect it, but the domain is yours.

Can I edit the website after you build it?

Yes. After we build the site, you can edit it yourself. You can:

• change text and photos
• add new pages
• publish blog posts
• update services, prices, and contact details

You do not have to wait on us for everyday updates. If you would rather not touch the site, email us and we can make the changes for you.

Can I hire my own developer later?

Yes. The site is yours to work on.

You can:

• hire your own developer and get outside quotes
• keep using our team for updates
• mix both — you handle some changes, we handle others

Whichever you prefer. We do not lock you into only using our developers.

How long does it take to get my website?

Your basic website and foundation usually takes 48 to 72 hours.

After that first version is up, we can make minor tweaks and changes — wording, photos, extra sections, and small layout fixes — before and after launch.

Larger add-ons (extra shops, booking systems, extra locations, etc.) can take longer than the first 48–72 hours.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel any month.

Important: if you cancel, you could lose all of your website data on our hosting. Export or back up your content, photos, and files before you cancel if you want to keep them. Your domain can still stay yours if it is registered in your name.

Do you use AI to build the websites?

No. We do not use AI to build custom websites for our clients.

Sites are built by people. We only use AI sometimes for marketing videos — not for designing or building your website.

Is the website really $0 to start?

Yes. Setup is $0. The hosting plan and support is $49.99 per month.

That monthly plan is how we build the site, host it, maintain it, and give you human email and phone support.

What is included for $49 a month?

Who is this for?

Small businesses that want a real website without hiring a full agency or fighting a DIY builder. It works well if you are not technical, do not have time to build a site, or want someone to maintain it after launch.

What do you need from me to start?

Will I get a preview before the site goes live?

Yes. We build on your hosting, send a preview, and you review it. After you approve it, we take it live. Small tweaks can still happen after that.

Can I add a blog?

Yes. After the site is built, you can add blog posts yourself — or ask us to add them. A blog is useful for Google if the posts are actually useful (not copied filler).

Can I add more pages later?

Yes. Add them yourself in the site editor, or hire us / another developer to add them. The first build is the foundation; the site can grow.

What happens to my company email if I cancel?

Company email is tied to the domain and the hosting/mail setup. If you cancel and the mailbox is on our plan, that inbox can go away with the plan. Keep the domain in your name and ask us how to move email before you cancel if you need to keep it.

Do you build with templates or from scratch?

We build a custom site for your business. It is not an AI-generated site. You still get an editor so you can change pages later.

Do you only work in Florida?

No. The company is based in the Tampa Bay area, but we build sites for businesses in other cities too. Local service pages (plumber in Tampa, pressure washing in Miami, and so on) are available when that is your market.
